Murder Row Mythic+ Guide: All 4 Bosses, Season 2

This Murder Row Mythic Plus guide covers all four bosses of the Murder Row dungeon in WoW Midnight Season 2, live from August 18, 2026. Four bosses, one 34 minute timer, zero patience for people who stand in the fire. The place is a fel smuggling den stuffed under Silvermoon City, which explains why everyone inside is armed, annoyed, and allergic to your presence.

I’m not tha Gandalf. but you shall read the Altar of Fangs Mythic+ Boss Guide for S2.

Nobody asked why a magister, a gun runner, a rage demon, and a warlock share a basement, and nobody is getting a refund for asking. The Murder Row timer is the most generous in the Season 2 rotation, which only means the trash between bosses is where your key actually dies. Learn the pulls, kick the casters, and stop feeding the healer’s blood pressure.

Boss 1: Kystia Manaheart

Kystia Manaheart is a magister who never met a fel addiction she didn’t like, and she brought her captive mana wyrm Nibbles to the fight as a hostage. Kystia keeps Nibbles chained with Illicit Infusion, which turns the wyrm hostile while she’s above 20 percent health. Remove the debuff and Nibbles flips sides, gaining Light Infusion and helping you instead. This is not optional generosity from the devs, it’s the entire fight.

  • Kystia opens with Chaos Barrage, a chaos blast that jumps to nearby players, and there is nothing to dodge here besides your own optimism.
  • Hostile Nibbles fires Fel Spray, a frontal cone, so stand anywhere except directly in front of an angry wyrm, which should not require a guide.
  • Nibbles also uses Corroding Spittle, an immediate hit followed by a stacking damage over time, so healers should not treat this as background noise.
  • Kystia summons Mirror Images and each copy casts Felstorm, and interrupting the images is mandatory unless your group enjoys raid wide fire damage as a personality trait.
  • On Heroic and Mythic she adds Fel Nova, teleporting to a random player and knocking everyone nearby back, so stop clumping like it’s a family photo.
  • When Nibbles is freed and drained enough, she inflicts Destabilized on Kystia, stunning her, cracking her Felshield, and opening a window where the boss takes 115 percent more damage. Use it or waste it, your choice.

The loop repeats until Kystia is dead or your DPS remembers cooldowns exist. Simple in theory, deeply punishing in practice for anyone who thinks interrupts are somebody else’s job.

Boss 2: Zaen Bladesorrow

Zaen Bladesorrow runs the shipping side of this charming criminal enterprise, and he communicates exclusively through gunfire. The room is packed with crates for a reason, and that reason is you, cowering, which is fine, cowering correctly is a skill.

  • At full energy Zaen fires Murder in a Row at everyone in line of sight, dealing physical damage plus a bleed, and standing behind Forbidden Freight crates is the entire counter.
  • He also throws crates directly at you via Same-Day Delivery, knocking you back on impact, so read where the freight lands before you plant your feet.
  • Hit crates explode after five seconds as Freight Explosion, and on Mythic the surviving crates leak passive damage through Fel-Infused Freight, so cover has a shelf life.
  • Killing Spree is a rapid gunfire barrage that ignores armor, and no, your armor rating will not save you, that is the point.
  • Fire Bomb lands on a random player and detonates after six seconds, also destroying nearby freight, so don’t hug your cover with a bomb strapped to your back.
  • His tank buster Envenom applies Heartstop Poison, cutting max health by 30 percent and ticking nature damage, and dispelling it fast is not a suggestion.

Every intact crate in this room is either your salvation or your coffin, and the dungeon does not label which is which. Save the normal freight for cover, sacrifice the fel ones, and stop torching your own hiding spots out of boredom.

Tanks can shove Zaen into explosive freight for bonus damage, which is the one part of this fight that rewards being reckless. Everywhere else, recklessness gets you a poison stack and a lecture.

Boss 3: Xathuux the Annihilator

Xathuux the Annihilator is Lithiel’s summoned enforcer, and he resents the job so much he takes it out on the floor. He is, by dungeon consensus, the easiest of the Murder Row bosses, which in Mythic Plus terms means only moderately likely to end your run instead of guaranteed.

  • Legion Strike is a heavy tank hit that also slashes incoming healing by 80 percent, so healers should pre-plan the follow-up rather than panic-react.
  • Axe Toss throws his axe at a random player’s location, and the axe keeps channeling Fel Lightning at the whole group until someone kills it, so nuke the axe, not your patience.
  • At roughly 50 percent he erupts into Demonic Rage, gaining 75 percent attack speed and taking 30 percent more damage, a fair trade if your group can actually capitalize on it.
  • Demonic Rage also grants Burning Steps, spreading expanding fel pools from his feet, and the tank’s entire job here is kiting him around the room so melee still has floor space.
  • He can also slam down Infernal Crush, erupting fire under targeted players, so moving off your own marker is free damage avoidance.

There is no phase two twist, no surprise add wave, just a demon getting angrier while you circle him like a bored predator. Kill the axe, dodge the pools, done.

Boss 4: Lithiel Cinderfury

Lithiel Cinderfury is the actual boss of this smuggling ring, and she has convinced her people she’s protecting them from the Voidstorm while quietly pocketing the profits. Charming. She’s also the most mechanically dense fight in the dungeon, so pay attention or spend the wipe explaining yourself in chat.

  • Fingers of Gul’dan hits every player’s location and spawns Wild Imps, which then use Felfire Burst on whoever they reach, so kill the imps before they start their own conga line of damage.
  • She then escapes through Demonic Gateway and unleashes Malefic Wave, a slowly expanding wave that stacks fire damage and vulnerability on anyone it touches.
  • Walking through her gateway grants immunity to the wave’s initial hit and the fire vulnerability, so use the portal, don’t just admire it from a distance.
  • Any demon caught in the wave gets Malefic Empowerment, doubling its haste, so letting adds sit in the wave is a self-inflicted wound.
  • Chaos Bolt is interruptible and hits hard if it isn’t, so assign kicks before pull, not during the panic.
  • She occasionally summons a Vilefiend using Shadow Bite on melee swings, and on Mythic an Infernal joins in with Felfire Core, radiating damage to anyone standing close.
  • She also self-buffs with Searing Fel Flame, a personal damage aura, which is her way of saying melee uptime has a tax now.

Interrupt the bolt, use the gateways, kill the imps, and don’t let the tank cover the portal with the Infernal’s body, since that just wastes everyone’s one escape route.

Trash and General Survival Notes

The corridors between fights are dense with casters and ranged smugglers, and this is genuinely where keys go to die, not the boss rooms. Interrupt rotation planning matters more here than raw damage output. If your group lacks two dedicated interrupters, one DPS eats the job permanently, and that person does not get to complain about their parse afterward.

Loot Worth Remembering

Murder Row loot is spread across all four bosses, plus a bonus loot table and profession recipes from the final kill. A short, verified sample below, the full table lives on Wowhead if you enjoy spreadsheets more than fighting demons.
